Headquartered in Seoul, Korea, the Company provides its products under high end digital STBs and middle end digital STBs. Its high end digital STBs include multifunctional STBs that combine the functions of television (TV) and computer and provide services like video on demand (VOD), Internet, e-mail, games and others. Its middle end digital STBs include motion picture experts group (MPEG) 1, MPEG2 and MPEG4 Internet Protocol television (IPTV) STBs that provide services such as online shopping, news, banking and advertising. During the year ended December 31, 2006, the sale of IP STBs accounted for approximately 84% of the Company’s total revenue.
